·         Approved claims will be replaced with the same item and shipped at no additional cost.

Processing Time

·         Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

·         Processing time is separate from shipping time.

·         Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Handling & Shipping Time

·         After your order has been processed, please allow 2–7 business days for handling and shipment, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

·         Shipments generally leave our facility within 48 hours of processing on standard business days.

·         Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

·         Items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder will ship once they are back in stock.

·         Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

·         If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

·         Pre-order/backorder timelines are estimates and may be subject to supplier or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

·         We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

·         Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

Shipping Restrictions

·         At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States.

·         We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items.

Lost or Damaged Packages

·         If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at soginquiry@gmail.com within 7 business days of the delivery date shown in tracking.

·         We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue; however, we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

·         Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

·         Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees if they request the order to be sent again.
